Labor Management
Pinnacle Alliance offers labor management services that includes providing labor to perform the work for construction projects, training, human resources administrative services and supervisory or management control over performance at construction sites
The following are some of the labor management services we offer developers:
Provide or supplement employees for any trade in the construction industry or accommodate developer’s preexisting employees.
Handle federal and state Human Resources related functions, such as payroll, benefits, unemployment insurance, wage reports, employment taxes, W-2 forms, claims processing, administrative fees and other paperwork.
Worker assistance programs, such as construction site safety training certifications and job placement.
The ability to add workers without adding administrative complexity and generate a significant savings of time and money.
Pre and Post Construction Maintenance Services
Pinnacle Building Maintenance provides pre and post construction cleaning and maintenance services for hotels, commercial properties and professional offices. Pinnacle Alliance provides Cleaning and Disinfectant Services that meets and are in compliance with the Centers for Disease Control and NYC Health Department guidelines that eliminates COVID-19 and other infectious viruses, agents and pathogens. Our company is built on providing quality workmanship and ensuring our clients meet their schedules, budgets and property priorities. Our cleaning and maintenance program includes the following services:
Post-construction cleanup for hotels, commercial properties and professional offices.
Janitorial services that include, but are not limited to, power washing, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, high dusting work and nightly garbage removal.
Restoration and maintenance for all natural stone floors, walls and countertops.
Metal cleaning and restoration of damaged or rusted interior and exterior stainless steel, brass and other metal structures.
Kitchen cleaning and restoration of kitchen area and equipment to its original condition.
Internal and external commercial window cleaning.
Other types of cleaning services offered:
Tile and grout, special surface and finishes, chandelier, smoking rooms, and more.
Traffic Control/Flagger Services
Set up a safe work zone with all necessary cones, barrels, barricades etc.
Use stop and slow paddles to control the flow of traffic and perform lane closures.
Establish effective communications between workers to conduct the flow of traffic.
Provide leadership support and guidance to ensure safety standards are followed at all time.
Site Safety Training Culture
At Pinnacle Alliance we prioritize safety to ensure that each one of our employees return safely to their families and loved ones. Safety is a responsibility that we take seriously by training and fostering a culture of safety. Our site safety training program engages every worker and challenges them to make safe decisions.
Our safety program creates in our workers a personal duty and commitment to identify and eliminate hazardous conditions at constructions sites to eliminate the risk of injuries. We make sure that each worker receives site safety in-class instruction and practical experience with personal protective equipment (PPE), site signage, and other safety hands on experience. Our safety training program includes construction Site Safety Training (SST), OSHA, flaggers, fire guard and much more.
